Emirates Home Nursing (EHN) is a DHA-licensed home care company established in 2010, providing clinical and non-clinical nursing services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Its services span newborn and mother care, senior care, child care, physiotherapy, and post-operative clinical nursing, delivered by a team of Dubai Health Authority-licensed nurses and healthcare assistants. In 2021, EHN was recognized as Childcare Provider of the Year by Mother, Baby & Child Magazine for its work supporting families across the UAE.
NetSoft designed and developed the Emirates Home Nursing website to serve two distinct audiences at once: families researching sensitive, personal home care decisions, and healthcare professionals confirming the credibility of a DHA-licensed provider. The build needed a warm, reassuring tone appropriate for healthcare in the home, alongside clear service categorization across newborn care, senior care, and clinical nursing, plus straightforward contact and inquiry pathways for families who need to act quickly. We focused on mobile-first performance, since most inquiries come from parents and family caregivers searching on their phones, and on presenting licensing and staff qualifications clearly to build trust.
